Ive been in the fitness industry for over 12 years now, I don't claim to know everything, although if its one thing I DO know, it's that I have tried EVERY diet and training regime you can think of and now I have the tools and knowledge backed by my Sports nutrtion qualifications to help so many women finally have thier cake and eat it too.
TBL NUTRITIONAL TIPS
Tips to help you get closer to your goals.
Start tracking your food intake, that could be via MyFitnessPal or food dairy log/journal.
Make sure to drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day.
Look at your Macros, Carbs, Fats and Protein. You main source of energy should be carbs, so stop cutting them out. Make protein a priority and keep fats to a minimum.
Eat your veggies, yes your mum was right, they are very important. Our TBL rule is at least 100-150grams of mixed veggies for either lunch and/or dinner.
Fruit is your friend, fruit is packed with fibre, vitamins and minerals out body needs, so add your fruit in daily.
Enjoy foods you love Daily!! I have proven methods that you can eat "treats" aka "food that are less nutritional" every single days, just keep the total calorie amount less than 20% of your total daily calories.
